It's cloudy, breezy and 70 degrees. We had light showers last night and a chance of a passing shower or thundershower this afternoon or evening. Our temperatures are set to keep see-sawing back and forth between mild and cooler this week though.

I took the car for the oil change after lunch and had the windshield wiper blades replaced. With the higher cost to everything with the tarrifs it was sticker shock getting the bill. I drove by the building that housed my bank in our downtown shopping area and it's now shut down. The ATMs were already taken out. The bank sent letters warning about this back in February but I didn't remember the shut down date. Now the closest bank branches are a ten minute drive north or south of me. They shut down all the supermarket branches in my area over a year ago. I'm curious which bank will choose to move into that building in its place.

Tomorrow is an errands day. Banking and shopping. I must get to Petco for turtle food, cat treats, and I want to pick up a warm fuzzy cat blanket as Nigel's birthday gift. It's still chilly at night so he'll be happy for one of his own as he loves soft feeling people blankets, especially those plushy Big One blankets from Kohl's everyone in the family owns. He needs a kitty version.
