It's cloudy, windy, and 50 degrees. We're due for rain later tonight. I'll be out the door to run fast errands soon.

One of my nieces called me last night pretty late since she never bothers paying attention to the time zone difference. They live near Las Vegas. I wound up shoeing her off the phone a short time later. Other than a different niece who has a functional life, the rest of the western relatives' lives are filled with too much stupidity and drama. This niece who called never listens to advice you give her so nothing ever changes in a positive way. Thankfully she now only calls a couple of times a year because I give up with them. She basically just called to complain about her life and stupid decisions she's made. She's in her early 30s but thinks and acts like a young teenager and allows other relatives out there to take advantage of her financially, and she's on a tight budget. She had zero interest in how any of us out here are doing. It's a good thing they live on the other side of the country from us. It would be a horror if they all lived closer.
