Hopefully whoever buys the yarn at the hospital shops the sales at the craft stores. It's certainly not cheap. Maybe they're taking advantage of the store closing sales at Joann's right now? I need to go back there again myself. Probably next week after I get the car's oil changed.

It's sunny, less windy but chilly. Maybe it will hit 50 degrees later if we're lucky. It was in the mid 30s last night. Tonight it will go down to the upper 20s. Last week I was in short sleeve shirts and wearing spring jackets or cardigans out. Now it's long sleeves and with yesterday's chilly heavy winds I wore a winter coat out shopping. When I was driving around town yesterday I drove on several streets with cherry trees planted along the curbs. The cherry blossoms are all in bloom and it looked very pretty. Everybody's forsythia is in bloom. We have tulips on the front lawn getting ready to open. So it definitely looks like spring even though it feels like late winter again.

I'm planning to go to the laundromat later this afternoon. Only one week's worth of laundry so it should take less time.
