It's cloudy in the upper 40s with a few light showers around. I have a doctor's appointment in a while. I have less mucus in my sinuses today but am close to running out of antibiotics to deal with my tonsils/swollen glands and to keep this from developing into bronchitis. This cold has triggered uncomfortable chest wall inflammation/costochondritis. Not fun. I'll probably need to take prednisone for a few days to knock it down.

Afterwards I'll run into the supermarket for a couple of things before stopping by the pharmacy.
