It's cloudy, damp and 60 degrees. We had rain last night but the heavy thunderstorms were east of us.

I don't make the corned beef and cabbage anymore. I like the taste of corned beef but the saltiness of it irritates my gums and makes them swell up.

Just taking care of things around the house. I still have to flush out the boiler as well and add fresh water. It becomes less efficient unless it's flushed out every few weeks. Take advantage of the milder day since the temperatures will cool down again starting Wednesday. But I do need to the gas station to fill up the car in a while. Tomorrow it's another trip up the Parkway for that orthopedist appointment, then I'll stop by Joann's for the yarn afterwards.
