It's sunny but cold, just above freezing with strong winds.

On Friday I went to Joann's and two-thirds of their yarn inventory was gone, but I did buy a bunch of skeins for my sister and me. The cashier told me they're expecting more stock from the stores that have already shut down. My sister had planned to stop by her local Joann's yesterday but I haven't talked to her yet to see how she made out. She also sews so I imagine she would buy some fabric as well. It's such a shame to see this chain closing.

Yesterday was a home day and I was feeling under the weather. My sinuses are acting up and my stomach and digestive system went all out of sorts so I had to break out the Pepto Bismol, and wound up taking a nap in the afternoon.

We had that cold front come through yesterday afternoon with the strong winds and rapid temperature drop. It went from upper 50s in the morning to the low 40s in the middle of the afternoon. The wind gusts are slowly lessening and should calm down later. Today is just a home day, organizing things, getting stuff settled for the new week. I have to sort the laundry later since I'll probably go to the laundromat tomorrow afternoon.
