It's sunny but cold, just in the upper 20s. It's been a home day so far but I'm heading off to the supermarket for a couple of things before I make dinner.

So my crabby sister came back home last night a couple of hours after our other sister left to go back to Virginia. What fun (sigh). Both sisters were at the wake and funeral of the father of one of their longtime friends yesterday morning. It's the first time they've been in the same room together since February of last year. My other sister told me they just ignored each other the whole time. Crabby sister is an underachiever who complains about our other sister's career success, totally ignoring the fact she has put in a lot of hard work. She has a huge chip on her shoulder and is curmudgeonly to everyone.

It's more quiet in the house with Sam the kitty back in Virginia. Nigel lost his buddy again for a while. The cats enjoy playing together on and off throughout the day and evening.
