It's currently in the teens and hopefully will hit 20 degrees later. A slot opened up for me to go to PT later this afternoon instead of noon on Thursday.

At least my ankle stopped throbbing. I was worn out from shoveling yesterday and wound up taking a two hour nap after dinner.

After PT I'm just going to come straight home. No errands. It's too chilly. Yesterday wasn't bad because it was up over 25 degrees with no wind and it was bright and sunny. Today is a sun and clouds mix. Today through Thursday is just going to be miserable with the highs barely getting out of the teens. Having the ground covered with snow just makes it worse because the sun only warms up the roads and sidewalks during the day but not the ground itself. Snowpack perpetuates cold temperatures. There's a meteorological weather term for this but I can't recall the name.
