We had showers this afternoon with temps in the 40s but this is the last of the mild temps until next weekend. Tomorrow the snow comes with the polar vortex and bitter cold.

I had my last knee injections Thursday afternoon. There were light flurries for a short time but nothing stuck. All the roads were well salted. There was so much salt brine on the Garden State Parkway the road was white. Afterwards I ran into Joann's arts and crafts and got a few more skeins of yarn. I'm figuring out the color scheme I'm going to use for my new afghan project.

Friday I was tired from the busy week of medical appointments but did do major grocery shopping since we're due for the snow storm Sunday. Today I did the laundry. I needed to get to the laundromat today so I have my winter jogger pants ready for PT this coming week. I'm supposed to go to PT early Monday afternoon but with the storm I'm going to cancel that and change it to later in the week. The governor already has a weather emergency in place where there should be no non-essential travel on the roads from tomorrow afternoon until 8 am Monday. I already have a session scheduled for Wednesday so I plan to add another session for either Thursday or Friday.
