Yesterday it was in the low 40s but I got a nasty sinus headache so I just did housework and didn't grocery shop.

Today it was sunny, then cloudy, then sunny again. I had PT this afternoon then ran errands including food shopping and gasing up the car for the doctors appointments. On the way home I could see the full moon rising. It got up into the low 40s again today, but this is the end of the mild spell. A cold front will come through tonight and bring more Canadian air and gusty winds. I have to get the recycling containers to the curb this evening. Tomorrow I see the foot and ankle orthopedist.
