More wind, more cold, more struggling to get above freezing. But it was sunny though.

The wind is awful here, but fortunately nothing like California with their insane winds and fires.

Yesterday I had PT and did the grocery shopping. Today I went back to the knee orthopedist for the second round of gel injections. My HMO approved another series of PT sessions which start on Monday.

My local sister will stop by later and will be staying here for the weekend starting tomorrow night. I should organize the laundry later to take to the laundromat tomorrow afternoon.
