It's cold and windy today. Will be in the low 30s during the day with overnight lows in the upper teens to mid 20s for the foreseeable future. They're talking about us getting nuisance snow on Monday. If that happens I'll have to switch my PT appointment to Tuesday.

Thursday I got the first round of hyaluronic acid gel injections in my knees so they're sore and a bit stiff. Yesterday I was tired so it was a resting day. This morning I dropped my sister off at the local NJ Transit train station so she can catch the Amtrak home for the week. Monday she has to work at the office. Plus she plans to go see President Carter lying in state at the Capitol in D.C.

This coming Wednesday is my birthday so we had cake yesterday evening and my sister gave me a large craft supplies storage box, a craft store gift card, and two needlework books. One is on knitting stitches and techniques and the other is granny squares and other shaped 'granny' technique designs. My other sister gave me a bookstore gift card for my birthday back with my Christmas gifts.

This afternoon will be grocery shopping plus laundry.
