It's sunny but won't get out of the 30s today. This cold weather goes all the way down to northern Florida.

I am running a couple of errands this afternoon after I have lunch. My skirt was delivered this morning and this one is okay, thankfully.

Last night my sister brought some of her stuff to the house. The wall that has to be opened to access the shower pipes is in her bedroom there so that's why she'll be staying here for a few days. The house is owned by a friend of my sister's she has known since they were in high school, who is a widowed empty nester that prefers to have a housemate instead of living alone. It's her son's father-in-law who is the plumber in this project.
