It's cloudy and headed up to the low 60s. The last day of 60 degree temps though. At least we'll get some needed rain overnight tonight. It should put out the brush and forest fires.

I didn't get enough sleep. Too much noise with the road work related to the gas line work first thing this morning plus the cats kept waking me up. I have to see if I can get my car in for an oil change this afternoon and get a little laundry done at the laundromat later. I'm tired from yesterday's PT as well. My knees are stiff and the right one still really smarts at the cortisone injection site.

Heidi, my knee orthopedist is one of those doctors who only spends 4 minutes with you. He bounces back and forth between patients so you're mainly discussing everything with the nurses and physician assistants. I got a text notification from CVS that the vial of hyaluronic acid knee injection gel arrived at one of his offices today. He only goes to the office I see him at Thursdays so he's going to need to bring it with him. It doesn't need refrigeration, gets stored at room temperature, so it should be easy for him to deal with. The office it was delivered to is not close to me at all. I haven't been to that town in a decade, am very unfamiliar with the roads there, and you have to take heavily congested highways to get there from here.
