It was sunny and did get up into the 60s this afternoon.

I got a text message from the orthopedist about calling CVS mail out pharmacy to make arrangements to have my hyaluronic acid gel vial sent to the doctor's office for my injections. So I was on the phone with them for a while getting all the details worked out. It should be delivered at the end of this week. He's only at the office I see him at Thursdays so I'm guessing I'll start the injections the first week of December since Thanksgiving is next week.

I have to talk to him about the nasty side effects of the cortisone injections. I still have residual pain and stiffness. I was having problems with my right knee really hurting near the injection site again when I went to bed last night. It's not good they're sticking needles in without having done either MRIs of my knees or ultrasounds to see what's up with the muscles and soft tissue beforehand.

The side part of the frame on my eyeglasses came loose so I had to pull out my old pair of glasses with the old prescription. I have to call to make an appointment with the eye doctor.

Still nothing from the podiatrist on an appeal for getting the feet MRIs.

I never did get to the supermarket so I'll grocery shop tomorrow after PT. But I did get the recycling to the curb for tomorrow's pickup.

Sometimes you can still smell the wildfires smoke in the air. Thankfully we're due for steady rain Wednesday night into Thursday morning.
