77 now. nice and warm. i dress for morning cold and then it heats up and i am hot

shopping morn. started out at thrift and got books for me and for church box

dollar tree right next door so stopped in. one by my house closed.

then on to walmart groceries did not need much. and for once check out line not long.
home had a tomato sandwich some daughter grew i do not eat store bought tomato sandwiches

the big bag of free apples daughter got yesterday in fridge got plans for them. baking and will make more apple jam. i polished off a jar of this i made 2 weeks ago

with added  pumpkin decorations out in yard looks good. just lights were not enough, so still wondering about trick or treaters not coming. but i am  prepared if they do come.as i drive down the street side walks are filled with tree trunks and branches. i hear may be jan before gone. glad not right in front of my house

have not heard from renter so think the heater working over there. one less thing to worry about.
