40 this morn. not warm.  been out to feed critters. waiting. watered green house and citrus. have not started to take in plants yet. but its so dry. no rain this month. and not predicting any

watered front yesterday. . back day before. gave up on garden

was going to go to the lake but temp said 66 at noon and at lake it will be chilly so think i will wait a week to go. still lots of branches on ground up there. last trip up there with daughter we did lot of work. but there is so much of it.

grand katie is smart . she told me i could apply to Fema for some money because i did not have electricity a week. i see on tv lots getting it... why not me? you get 750 .. so we filled it out. that would pay for the trees that i had to pay to cut and haul to curb. may be months before  hauled away

so got to find something to do this day.  can start on washing nic knacks been saying that but has not been done. want it all done before family dinner thanksgiving. so got time.i do this every year. not that they look dusty

told renter rent increase jan. she was not happy. tried to explain about the taxes and inc going up. but she did not want to hear that. got to tell other renter. i got to make ends meet. not pay them to live there. still cheaper then other rentals,,i own houses on each side of me. one was mothers and other hubby bought for his shop
