42 right now,  yesterday had heater man here new thermostat. its digital. not cheap. but i think will have heat. well this morning woke up cold. i look at new thermostat.  says 67 room temp. my thermostat in house says 53. heater came on when i moved temp up. but only ran a while and did not come on again. its cold in here

renters had gas people out to turn on gas for heat . they said would not turn on there was a leak in line . so while my heater man here i sent him over. he said leak in line and i would have to get a plumber to find leak in line. that sounds weird to me, so with all the  damage due to the hurricane.  all  repair people are busy.and week end too.

going to take free food that renters put to curb to church food box.

daughter had  yard sprayer over here to spray for mosquitoes and flies. hope did not kill the lizards.  this morn feeding chickens i see dead rat.

people walking down the street got 2 boxes and some peanut butter. 2 left i will keep. i only eat crunchy. but can bake with it. friend of mine went to food give away every day. she loaded up. said they gave away different thing evey day
