70 out will get to 85 as it has all week.getting into my routine again feels good

Preacher tb and then going to church. Dogs routine like mine were so disoriented all week. Me sitting on den not in here.

Diarrhea started up again. Never took so much imodium. Okay mornings then evening starts up.have no idea what causing it.
