Yesterday I picked up my other sister's birthday gift at Kohl's and bought a long sleeved floral print top for myself. After Kohl's I went to a nearby ShopRite. This store is an older and smallish one and they remodeled it quite a while back but for some reason they rearranged where certain items are kept in the store since my previous visit two months ago so it was frustrating trying to figure out where things were moved to. The signs at the ends of the aisles were incomplete with listing the items found in each aisle. This store also uses a different 'ghost kitchen' for their heat and eat meals and they're much more expensive versus at the other local ShopRites. So I didn't buy any of them. They're also portioned out to be a single meal per pack as opposed to mix and match meats or fish, with separate side dishes that provide enough food for two or three dinners for a single person which the other ShopRites sell. The only bright spot about this store now is they carry the grape flavored hint water.
I didn't feel like going to the laundromat after dinner so I just watched tv, listened to some music, and read some more of my current mystery novel.
I should tackle the laundry later and run into the supermarket for another bag of dry cat food for the neighborhood strays. I didn't realize how little was left in the bag until later last night or else I would have picked up some yesterday. I also need to get the recycling containers placed in the hall to put to the curb tomorrow evening.
With the temperatures dropping to daytime highs in the 60s for part of this week it's getting to be time to pack away some more of the warmer weather clothing and get out my cardigans and cooler weather clothes.
