Yesterday I cut apart a prickly bush that is older than me. It was a privacy shrub along the edge of the driveway that was already in place when we moved into the house when I was a year old. Now there are only two left. To be safe for the yard waste pickup I put it in a Home Depot big paper yard clippings bag. It's now out at the curb with a pail with some twigs, small branches and leaves.

Today was errands in the afternoon. Now I'm watching the 11 pm news before I head off to bed. My sister changed her schedule so she doesn't have to leave until tomorrow.

It's mild and humid since we're due for rain showers tomorrow. It's time for the nighttime cats game of chasing each other around the house so I've got the cats running around at my feet. My sister is taking her car home with her tomorrow.
