So the MRI showed the ankle arthritis has damaged the tendons in both ankles and with my left leg the tendon running up the back of my leg from the heel is actually torn in one place at the back of the ankle which is why it hurts constantly. I'm going to need bracing on that ankle plus physical therapy. When I see the orthopedist I'm going to ask about ankle cortisone injections since NSAID pills are too rough on my stomach and intestines. This is putting a lot of stress on my left knee, making it work harder to compensate for the injury so I'm going to ask about getting the hyaluronic acid knee gel lubricant injections.
But for today I'm going to run to the supermarket this afternoon for a couple of things.
