It's sunny and will get to be around 80 degrees this afternoon. I did see some of the 9/11 memorial service on tv. Eleven people from my town were killed including a childhood friend of my oldest sister, he worked at Cantor Fitzgerald. Another was a firefighter for the NYFD who was a year younger than me. My sister who lives here in town lost friends there. My sister from VA has friends who work at the Pentagon and one was injured there on 9/11.

I had my ankles MRI yesterday and they could see the tendon damage from the arthritis. I'll have to go back to PT and may need a boot device for the worse ankle. Yay me! I have to see the orthopedist about this.
