It's chilly and only supposed to get up to about 70 degrees or so this afternoon. It feels more like early October. I'll be glad when it goes back into the 80s starting Tuesday.

The line of showers yesterday afternoon from the cold front gave us rain, but the thunderstorms went north and south of us. There were more showers afterwards that didn't quit until around 7:30, so I didn't go to Home Depot. The temperature dropped 10 degrees down into the low 60s right after the rain started, so I had to start shutting the windows. I didn't feel like going shopping at 8 pm last night. I just took care of tasks around the house and watched a little tv instead. I'll go to Home Depot this afternoon.

That's it with the rain for a week, so I'll have to go back to hand watering the outdoor plants starting tomorrow. Recycling pickup is Tuesday morning so I should sort that later and stack the containers in the hall.
