Heidi, I also get uncomfortable cricks in my neck and shoulder that last for weeks. Very annoying.

It's cloudy and cool today. It will stay in the 70s this afternoon and go down to the lower 50s tonight. We had light rain earlier this morning. There are scattered showers around but a line of heavy thunderstorms will roll through this afternoon around 3-4pm with a cold front. I need to go to Home Depot but don't want everything getting wet so my plan is to have an early dinner and go after the storms pass.

I did the laundry after dinner last night. I needed to make sure my pairs of linen/rayon cropped pants which have elastic waistbands are clean. My ankles MRI is on Tuesday so I need to wear pants that don't have a metal zipper on them. Same thing with washing my sports bras- no metal hook and eye closure. I'd rather wear comfy regular clothes than have to switch to a medical gown for the procedure.

The laundromat has wifi so I spent time scrolling though a couple of fashion websites on my phone looking at current hairstyle trends and snapping screenshots of hairstyles that appeal. Unfortunately my cell phone company cuts the data speed on everyone's phones before you reach your high speed limit and get switched over to a lower speed. I pay for 3GB of high speed data but in reality some months I only get 2 or 2 1/5 GB at the higher speed. It varies from month to month, so I appreciate the wifi being offered at various businesses. I have long hair and it's driving me nuts. I have to put it up in a ponytail all the time in summer so the back of my neck doesn't sweat from the humidity and it doesn't get caught in my purse strap when I'm out and about. But I don't want to cut it too short. I'm thinking a layered medium length bob hairstyle. My hair lies rather flat so layers will give it some bounce. I'm hoping to get to the hair salon sometime this coming week.
