It's sunny and more humid but not oppressive. It will get up into the upper 80s this afternoon.

Yesterday was my shopping day so I was off to the Home Depot for more cardboard moving boxes to get things better organized. It's been a little over a year now since my one sister moved out of the house to live across town but left all her stuff behind. There are still a bunch of random things around the house making clutter she simply refuses to deal with at all and it's very frustrating, so that stuff is getting put in moving boxes and going down the basement. We have a small storage unit at a local storage facility but she organized her stuff in it poorly and wasted a lot of space so that needs to be properly organized as well. (sigh)

Afterwards I stopped by Target for something small for the house and wound up buying two autumn midi circle skirts, one in black and one in beige, that are 100% cotton fabric. Afterwards I stopped by Barnes and Noble and bought a couple of paperback mysteries. So it was a 'treat yourself' afternoon for me.

Today is a boxing up and organizing day plus I have to get the recycling to the curb. The delivery of my sanding awl from Amazon is delayed. It seems my package got lost in their system during transit. They're listing a new delivery date for tomorrow. I hope they'll find it soon so I can fix the drainage holes on that planter.
