75 right now and humid too. been out to feed critters. so they are done. will get to 95 today. was that yesterday. had rain last night
 
today is cleaning and cooking for daughter.  peeled a turnip and  will made  ground beef paddies going to cook in gravy and serve over rice. fried okra.  so far unless i change my mind/ will make salad. have apple cake i made

glad i got hedges cut yesterday and cherry tomato plants cut and out to curb. i do not know what went wrong with my tomatoes this year but never got a big tomato they were hit by some sort of moth when small green and  never did  turn into tomatoes. the cherry did good until all the rain and now over ripening on plant and not good. SAD never had this happen before

did good on the  squash though and still seeing what will happen to sweet potatoes when i dig them up in oct.

pears are falling. gave some away and made pickled pears out of some rest will pick up and put in with chickens.
 
our pastor home. he was in hospital a week.. He had cancer in back of throat.  he is home with several tubes and will have them till mid october. do not know what will happen to church. keep going some how

i hear school buses going by. one stop is right across the street. strange school in august
