We had storms again yesterday. Lots of thunder and some heavy rain. The barometric pressure change triggered a sinus headache that developed into a migraine at dinnertime.

It's sunny today, low 90s and humid. I saw the rheumatologist and she got a reprieve from me dumping her because she was willing to fix the problem preventing me from getting the MRIs of my ankles, so I have the MRI scheduled for early September. She gave me a referral to the orthopedics department so hopefully I can get the knee gel injections through them. She was wondering if I wanted knee replacement surgery, but I want to put that off as long as possible. It's the gel injections that help loosen up the tight knees. I'm not looking for surgery.

Afterwards I went to the supermarket there that has their own line of heat and eat foods. I just had some tasty veggie egg rolls with duck sauce and Yukon gold mashed potatoes for dinner and I'm stuffed. I'll have to wait until later to have some cherry tomatoes. I also bought some more South Jersey blueberries.

After dinner I have to go to Petco for the cat's Blue Buffalo Wilderness dry cat food. Tomorrow it's going to be stormy all day. Not a good day to shop and I'm about out of the cat food for him. My sister's cat gets prescription diet dry cat food and she mailed up a box that should probably get here tomorrow.
