When my sister came last night a grasshopper hitched a ride with her so I had to catch it in a small cup and put it back outside. That was different. Today was cloudy, hot and muggy. My sinuses are still lousy plus I cricked my neck and shoulder while sleeping. The muscles are all bunched up and it feels like there's a pinched nerve. That just happened to me a month ago. So I still feel very drained of energy. Just doing basic things around the house today.

Heidi, I enjoy watching the men's and women's gymnastics too. I've been watching the US women go for the gold this evening.
