That's so early for the kids to start school! I hope the schools all have air conditioning. Schools here get out mid to late June so they go back right after Labor Day.

It's cloudy and muggy. This weather is aggravating my arthritis and my sinuses. I've had a lot of painful sinus pressure today. My arthritic knees are throbbing. I didn't sleep well last night and wound up taking a nap after lunch. Today's rain showers have bypassed us so far. Watching the weather report on the news it doesn't sound like we're going to get anything beyond maybe a short light shower later. No help with the drought situation at all. All the heavy rain is over in southern NY state and some showers in central and south Jersey.

I did a little grocery shopping last night. Just a home day for me, taking care of this and that around the house.
