76 this morn. temps have gone down from hight 90s to 90 still the humidity is terrible.

been out to feed critters and birds. we got rain last night. bread for birds is soaked but will dry

today is feed daughter lunch day. soup and made a apple pie had apples to use up. have not made a apple pie in ages... always make my own crusts. never bought or crumb crust.
also cleaning morn.

vacuumed last night. always do this as dogs out and  i can vacuum in peace no dog charging at brush

with all the rain i weeded garden yesterday got a trash can full. weedy weeds nothing chicken like but when the weeds dry it will be perfect nesting material for them. i pulled them some wandering jew their favorite.

weeds were out doing plants. but with all the hot dry weather could not pull up that has changed with 4 rains now. still some grass i need to get may have to dig some of that up

got out my weed whacker yesterday and ran out of string. just took string to lake last week. so that was the end of whacking. got to bring back to continue
