81 already and not 9 in morning. but we had rain last night. thunder scared dogs. tv went off half hour. i survived crocheting. nearly done with 9th throw.may take to hospital tomorrow. watered yesterday. 

we had hail yesterday

been out to feed critters. they were waiting as usual. fish too eating.  bread soaked but not replacing it. with the hot sun today  will dry. 99 yesterday supposed to be same today. going to cool off finally

friend came wanting figs we picked. lots on ground due to heat. i can not eat them like i used to do love them though.

this morning letter writing morn. got 6 last week . 2 yesterday. 

that storm last night knocked down the 4 oclocks they were 5 foot tall now on ground. full of flowers. will cut off and haul to curb. they will grow back.
