It's in the low 80s today and more humid. We've had dark clouds all day. No rain yet so far but we already have a flood advisory in place until tomorrow night. The heavy rain showers come this evening and again in bouts throughout tomorrow. Not good for tomorrow because I'm expecting a delivery from Amazon. My local supermarkets don't carry the grape flavor hint water and Amazon had it on sale, so I ordered a pack of twelve bottles. No going to the laundromat tomorrow evening with all the rain expected. We're due for up to several inches here, but parts of central and south Jersey could get up to five inches. Long Island could get a lot too. I'll do the laundry either Sunday or Monday instead. We really need the rain but why must it come so heavy it causes flooding problems in the vulnerable areas?

I'm tired and achy from yesterday's PT. It was a heavy workout focused on core strengthening exercises. It made me so tired I fell asleep watching TV yesterday evening and I didn't wake up until nearly midnight so I had to finish up the evening chores really late. It took quite a while for me to fall back asleep afterwards and the cats kept waking me up with their antics. I'm just drained of energy today. It's just a home day for me taking care of stuff around the house.
