The humidity really kicked in yesterday. The temperature hit 93 in the afternoon. I had PT yesterday and gulped down water between each exercise. Afterwards was a trip to the supermarket. Two bags of groceries cost $63. The cost of everything is still way too high. At least they got in another shipment of South Jersey blueberries and I picked up a pint. They are so good. In the evening I spent time talking to my sister from VA on the phone.

During the night I kept on hearing a lot of claps of thunder but we only got a little rain. But then after the sun came up we had a storm cell right on top of us and had heavy rain for a bit. There is a forest fire in South Jersey, which started yesterday. But I don't know if they got any rain down there. It's been muggy all day. I'm tired from yesterday's PT but plan to do the laundry after dinner.

The town fireworks have been postponed until tomorrow because of thunderstorm risks.
