77 right now going into the  90s again. i am tried of summer. when will it end?wash out on line . its over cast . we had rain last night. a nice thunder cloud. sun is trying to come out
.been out to feed critters. all waiting. fed now...picked tomatoes . still doing cherry tomatoes. love em

daughter coming to lunch have sweet potato cake made. it took me half hour hunting down recipe. i used to make this all the time when i volunteered for the VA. do not think since. 4th cook book found it. i was about giving up.

church went on forever. yesterday hour and a half. we had lots of visitors with the 25th anniversary

then on to luncheon. wife saver.  the chicken was awful. i ate small piece rest i brought home to dogs. they did not act like they wanted to eat it. also got green beans, mac and cheese and a roll. tea.. it was so cold in that room. as soon as i ate i left. did not stay to watch sheet cake cutting . all this was about hour after church.when your not used to air conditioning your cold. heat felt so good when i stepped out.

pull up in drive way there was jeff asked him what he was doing. he said going to go to lake and get my cell. i left it up there when i went up there saturday. 

called daughter she said  they were afraid  being in that hot building a week would damage phone getting too hot. glad to have it back. they grow on you
