Heidi, which browser are you using? Does it have ad blocker in the settings that you can turn on? The ads became a nuisance here last week. Boardhost hates when you use ad blocker, but I turn it on and off to avoid being bombarded with all the ads constantly.

I had the windows open all day and night yesterday but closed them early this morning. The inside temp in the house went down into the upper 70s. It has been in the mid 80s all shut up. Today's afternoon high was 90 but it was a dry heat, so not so bad. The humidity is supposed to go up later and we're due for the mid 90s tomorrow. So I'll open the windows again after dark for the night.

I had PT today. Part of the session was assessing my progress. I still have noticable weakness and balance problems with my left leg. Less grip strength with my left hand. Next week is the last week of this round of PT sessions. The therapists are going to submit paperwork to get my sessions expanded for another six weeks to take it into August. They do hand therapy as well so I want to see if my HMO will approve OT for my hand arthritis for the fall.

After PT I stopped by the supermarket. Back at home took the lopper to cut up some long skinny branches that fell off the elm at the curb from all the wind earlier this week and put the pails out to the curb for tomorrow's yard waste pickup. The bluejays were waiting for me to put some more peanuts out for them.
