Heidi, I hope your granddaughter feels better soon. Pneumonia is a rough thing, takes a lot out of you for a while.

It's currently 93. The house is shut tight again and stuffy. There is supposed to be a cold front coming through this evening with rain. But the rain keeps bypassing us, so I'm still watering the plants. Tomorrow it's supposed to be in the mid 80s for a pleasant change, but the heat and high humidity comes back for Tuesday thru Thursday.

I'm not sure if I'll get to the laundromat after dinner. It depends on the weather. Otherwise I'm tired from not sleeping well in the heat so it's just a light housework day and maybe some reading. I started a new cozy mystery yesterday.
