I woke up with a major flare up today and feel tired and achy. Yay, autoimmune disorders
I had been told it was going to take another week for my HMO to approve the next round of PT but I got a call this morning from the PT place letting me know it was approved and they wanted to know if I wanted to start today. Nope. Tomorrow I have to help my sister with a project of hers so I start up again Wednesday.

Last night's showers petered out west of us so it remained dry. It was a sun and clouds mix earlier but is rather cloudy now. It made it up into the mid 80s. After dinner the recycling gets put to the curb.
