It's a sun and clouds mix day with temps in the mid 70s. I'm tired and achy today from yesterday's PT plus with the wind and heavy rain lately tree branches are coming down here and there around town. One had fallen into the road up the street yesterday with the bouts of gusty wind and I had to drive around it on my way home. A medium sized lower branch had come off of one of our trees the other day so I had to cut it into smaller pieces with the garden saw after dinner yesterday since we had the yard waste pickup this morning. My shoulders and upper back are stiff and hurty today as a result. I really should scarf down some extra strength Tylenol. There were rain showers other places yesterday afternoon and early evening that didn't reach us, but we certainly got the wind from the storms though. Tonight is supposed to be stormy for everyone.

It's slow going for me today with the fatigue and achy muscles but I am heading back to FedEx Office soon and have to stop by the pharmacy to pick up a prescription on my way home. It's by the post office so I can drop my doctor's copy of the appeal paperwork in the mailbox. It's back to PT tomorrow. Hopefully I'll feel less achy by then.
