Yesterday I had lots of x-rays taken of my feet, ankles, knees and hands. I go back to the rheumatologist next week and the podiatrist the week after. Obviously I can see the swollen joints, but I'm curious about the extent of all the unseen to the eye joint, tendon, etc. damage that shows up in the x-rays. I have water on the knee problems with my left knee and that usually indicates tears in the meniscus.
That new supermarket I went to afterwards is big and has a lot of nice things so I really filled up my shopping cart. I bought a couple of packages of their large sized bakery croissants and a package of port wine cheese, so I had a cheesy croissant at lunchtime. Very tasty. It's funny because they're open until 11 pm and the other supermarket in that area I stopped by last week is open until midnight. This medical arts complex and the supermarkets are over in neighboring towns located in a different county. My town is kinda shaped like a tilted horseshoe so we border a lot of communities, some of them located in the county east of us, some in the county southwest of us, some in our own county. Meanwhile my immediately local supermarkets all cut their hours during the pandemic and kept the change permanent. So they all close at 10 pm.
