Heidi, I'm glad to hear the water pills are doing their job.

We have on and off light rain and it's in the upper 50s, but around dinnertime it's supposed to get heavy and we'll have a squall line of thunderstorms later tonight as a cold front comes through tonight with a flash freeze overnight.

I did some early spring cleaning yesterday. Today I need to run a couple of fast errands after lunch before the rain gets heavy and the winds pick up.

A while a ago I got a confirmation call from my new rheumatologist's office for my first appointment tomorrow. I've got swollen joints on my toes especially on my left foot, swollen ankle joints and a couple of swollen joints on my fingers. This all joins my bad knees which have been badly swollen for over a decade now. My left ankle is very stiff and throbs a lot, as do my hands at times. I'm walking with a cane a lot when I go out, except at the supermarkets since a shopping cart is a essentially a giant wheeled walker. They need to figure out if this is all aggressive Lyme OA, like with my knees, or if this is a combination of OA and another form of arthritis.
