We've got nasty thunderstorms up here. Lots of lightning and thunder. I'm getting all sorts of storm and dangerous lightning warnings here on my mobile phone. It's lightly raining at the moment, with thunder in the distance. We had heavy rain and some hail earlier. A four foot long skinny branch came off of one of the maple trees down onto the driveway. It's definitely a day to hunker down inside the house. I haven't even gone out to fetch the mail out front or to fill the backyard bird feeders yet. It definitely needs to calm down first.
