It's just been a cloudy grey weekend, but no needed rain showers though. It's just in the 60s. Not very June-like. It was chilly last night, down into the low 50s. I had to wear a jacket to put the kitchen garbage bag in the outside pail before heading off to bed. I'm having a late lunch, then need to get the household chores completed before leaving for the late afternoon- early evening visit. I ordered a new pair of running shoes from Amazon and hope they will get here before I leave. With my foot and toe arthritis the best footwear for me is wide width supportive running shoes that have mesh uppers and a wide toe box. These are Adidas shoes Amazon had on sale for $20 off the regular full price. A better deal than if I drive to the Famous Footwear store on the other side of town. Afterwards I'll stop by the supermarket on my way home.
