63 this morning. no sun yet.  yard is drying.  may mow this afternoon. will walk on it to see if i sink in or  not.

yesterday  i put cardboard down around garden plants and put leaves i rake up at lake on top of cardboard. as soon as garden dry will hoe the rest. have to wait till earth dry or  weeds will grow back

my direct tv box came. opened front door yesterday and there it was. amazing. i call saturday and monday its here. well its not the same. 3 times as big. i invited son in law over to  put it in. know i could not. so i  can watch my tv in here this evening crocheting on my pillows.
 
poor prancy. she is 14 really going down. has not eaten in 2 days. i find when dogs do this they  do not recover no matter if you take to vet or not.last dog patsy died 2 days after vet.  Pete died same night. after paying vet bills. one vet gave me a pile of pills. dog died next day i tried to take pills back. they would not take.

lots of letters to answer today. will get to it when this is done.
