wet, maybe thundery, 47. sore from exercises yesterday - PT having me do scary things with nothing to hang onto. wants to improve balance - good if i don't fall again. still grabbing things from fridge - today a friend's sliced chicken and roasted sweet potatoes. not sure what some of the containers in there have inside. time to explore.
