to be sunny and 50. got waked at 3AM by heavy thud on porch - looked out after a few minutes and nothing there. that was the end of sleep for the night. will have PT again this afternoon. doing the exercises. trying to make the knee stronger so it won't slip sideways again. still lots of leftovers on hand - chicken cabbage soup to heat.
