It's been thick grey clouds since early afternoon yesterday. Pretty typical for the time of year though. So few sunny days. Friday was my mom's PT, with grocery shopping after dinner. I got the laundry done this weekend. So much with all the bulky winter bedding. I've already started sorting out the recycling into the outside containers since Tuesday morning is pick-up day. The only stuff I need to keep indoors until the night before even when to weather is dry is the empty soup, tuna and cat food cans to discourage the raccoons from messing around with the containers. We have a pair of juvenile litter mate racoons who are inseparable and get into all sorts of mischief around the neighborhood.

I'm keeping an eye on the weather reports for the next ten days. Since we're due for the polar vortex to bring bitter air late week I suspect I will have to bring all the tender plants back into the basement for a few days either Thursday or Friday. Next weekend is due to be very cold. They're saying single digit temps by Friday night and highs in the teens or low 20s for Saturday.
