55 this morn. been out to feed critters. now back in. turkey in oven and fresh green beans on stove. going to make mac and cheese. was going to make  sweet potato souffle but i hear grand bringing so got to think of something else. will use sweet potatoes i baked last week and make a sweet potato pie next week. i want to make a salad but grand may be bringing it. daughter bringing mashed potato and yeast rolls.

brought table and chairs in yesterday. will butt this table on back of my dinning room table  .so got to get busy

yesterday i was winding clocks and  i ran a sharp clock hand under my  finger nail . still hurting. never did that before.

still coughing really  just feel like flopping down and doing nothing. wonder what family would say. but i  will keep on going and get table all set with holiday dishes no paper plate here

expecting rain next 3 days.lots tomorrow the day i was going to go to the cemetery with flowers
