all week long was talk of hurricane how bad it will be  they went on and on and yesterday was the big day. we got a thimble full of rain. my yard and garden is so dry.  wishing for  it to come through here. oh well .got lots of wind though. wonder how cemetery flowers faired. got to check

think i will drive up to the lake house today. not spending nights its getting too chilly for me to spend nights . but lots of yard work to do. want to spray yard for  winter weeds. and  bring home stuff i used like bed sheets and wash. may clean out freezer too. i do this every year. it ices up.
