Sunny and up to 77 today,..nice comfy weather! I put my back out,..again....not really by doing anything. It happens out of the blue these days, but when it happens it is so painful,...so I am hobbling around best I can between my bad foot problem and my back,...gosh I sure miss going for walks!...been on phone a long while today with medical insurance problems,..I so dislike stuff like this,..ugh!...hope all have a good day.
